We are hiring a Telecom Technician to install, maintain, and repair telecommunication systems in various environments. You will work with phone lines, internet connections, and data systems, ensuring reliable communication networks.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure telecommunication systems, including phones, data networks, and internet lines
• Repair and troubleshoot network issues, including signal loss and connectivity problems
• Test and ensure the quality of phone and internet services
• Upgrade and maintain existing telecommunication infrastructure
• Provide customer support for installation and troubleshooting
• Keep detailed records of installations, repairs, and maintenance services
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

• Experience with telecommunications systems and network troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of data networking, internet systems, and phone lines
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Telecommunications certifications are preferred

Work Environment:

• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, depending on installation and repair needs
• Physically demanding tasks involving climbing, lifting, and confined spaces
• Interaction with customers, contractors, and telecom teams
