We are seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair diesel engines and systems in trucks, buses, and heavy equipment. You will ensure that vehicles are safe and efficient for transportation and industrial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair issues with diesel engines, transmissions, and exhaust systems
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire inspections
• Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical issues in diesel engines
• Repair or replace defective engine components such as turbochargers and injectors
• Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure functionality and safety
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure timely repairs

Requirements:

• Experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of diesel systems
• Attention to detail and ability to perform precision repairs
• Physical ability to lift and handle heavy engine parts
• Diesel mechanic certification is preferred

Work Environment:

• Work in a garage or outdoor environment, often with exposure to diesel fumes and machinery noise
• Physically demanding tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Regular interaction with mechanics, fleet managers, and drivers
