We are looking for a Solar Panel Technician to install, maintain, and repair solar panel systems. You will work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring that solar energy systems function efficiently and reliably.

Responsibilities:

• Install solar panels, inverters, and wiring for new solar energy systems
• Inspect and maintain existing solar systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and repair issues with solar panels, wiring, and inverters
• Perform regular testing and calibration to ensure safety and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and ensure installations meet local building codes
• Provide clients with maintenance advice and system performance updates
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities

Requirements:

• Experience in solar panel installation and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and renewable energy technology
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
• Certification in solar energy technology is preferred but not required
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions

Work Environment:

• Work in outdoor environments, often on rooftops or in solar farms
• Physically demanding tasks involving lifting, climbing, and working in varying weather conditions
• Interaction with clients, project managers, and installation teams
