We are looking for a compassionate Live-In Companion to provide emotional support and companionship to seniors or individuals with disabilities. Your role will focus on enhancing the quality of life for your client through social interaction, assistance with daily tasks, and companionship.

Responsibilities:

• Engage clients in meaningful conversations and recreational activities
• Assist with daily living tasks such as dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide transportation to appointments and social events as needed
• Monitor the client’s health and report any changes to family members or healthcare providers
• Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Light housekeeping duties related to the client’s living area
• Maintain a positive and encouraging environment for the client

Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving, companionship, or healthcare
• Ability to live in the client’s home full-time
• Empathetic, patient, and engaging personality
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Work Environment:

• Live in the client’s home, providing consistent companionship and support
• Physically moderate tasks involving daily living assistance
• Regular interaction with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
