Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and strategic Retail HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all human resources functions within our retail operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals and retail operations.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate employee records.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support managers in providing constructive feedback.
• Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in workforce management.
• Collaborate with management on workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment: This position is primarily office-based within a retail setting, with occasional visits to store locations. The Retail HR Manager will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to support HR functions and enhance employee engagement.
