Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Fulfillment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing and fulfilling customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. This role is essential in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective order management and inventory control.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to established procedures.
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment by verifying items and quantities before packing.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (if applicable).
• Maintain organized inventory, including restocking shelves and managing stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in inventory management processes.
• Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or order fulfillment.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with returns processing and restocking of merchandise as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in inventory management software.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry packages and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Work Environment: This position is primarily based in a warehouse or fulfillment center, requiring the ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks involving lifting and moving products. The Fulfillment Associate will work in a team-oriented environment, focusing on efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
