Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Director to lead our client management efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, developing strong relationships, and ensuring that our services meet and exceed client expectations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and projects.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor and lead the account management team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to advise clients and shape service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or a similar role, with a track record of managing high-value accounts.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Work Environment: This position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to client sites. The Account Director will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
