We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design solutions that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of various spaces. Your expertise in spatial planning, color theory, and design trends will help create inviting environments that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for interior design projects
• Develop design concepts, including space planning, color schemes, materials, and furniture selections
• Create detailed drawings and 3D renderings using design software to visualize design concepts
• Source and select furnishings, fabrics, fixtures, and accessories that align with the overall design vision
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary adjustments
• Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to oversee the implementation of design projects
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative design solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus
• Certification from a recognized design institution (e.g., NCIDQ, ASID) is preferred
