We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our company’s hiring needs on a temporary basis. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the organization attracts top talent. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various recruitment strategies and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
- Provide timely updates and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates at every stage of the hiring process
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate information
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Assist with negotiating offers, conducting reference checks, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve hiring strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a contract or freelance capacity
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and other candidate search tools
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet recruitment goals and deliver high-quality candidates within tight deadlines
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
