The Full Cycle Recruiter is responsible for managing all stages of the recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure that the company attracts, selects, and retains top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience in managing multiple recruitment pipelines, and the ability to develop and maintain candidate relationships. The recruiter must also ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions and requirements
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Facilitate in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, cultural fit, and overall potential
  • Provide guidance and feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and coordinating offer letters
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and labor laws to ensure a compliant and efficient recruitment process
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an attractive place to work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter or similar role
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including online recruiting, Boolean searches, and networking
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in recruiting for diverse roles across various departments
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
