The Recruitment Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment marketing strategies that enhance the employer brand and attract top talent to the organization. This role combines marketing expertise with talent acquisition to create compelling campaigns and initiatives that engage candidates and promote the company’s culture and values. The Recruitment Marketing Manager will work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to ensure alignment between recruitment goals and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies that align with the organization’s talent acquisition objectives
  • Enhance the employer brand through creative marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and engaging content that resonates with potential candidates
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to understand hiring needs and create targeted recruitment campaigns for various job openings
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improving recruitment marketing efforts
  • Manage the company’s career website and social media channels to ensure they effectively showcase the organization’s culture, values, and available job opportunities
  • Create engaging job postings, recruitment videos, and other marketing materials to attract candidates and promote the employer brand
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics
  • Develop and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and job boards to enhance recruitment marketing efforts
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruiting initiatives to promote the employer brand and attract talent
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices in recruitment marketing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, particularly in digital marketing and social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that engages candidates
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus
  • Experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships
