Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking bags and supplies.
• Assist with bagging items and providing information about store promotions and services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.
• Support other areas of the store as needed, such as assisting with stock replenishment or customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or cashiering is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Basic math skills to assist with transactions and provide change.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [specify weight, e.g., 25 lbs] as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
