Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, including industrial machinery and appliances
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner, prioritizing urgent issues
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of facilities
• Document maintenance activities, including repairs made, parts used, and labor hours spent
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete complex projects and renovations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools and supplies necessary for repairs and maintenance tasks
• Assist in training junior maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in a related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, ideally in a commercial or industrial setting
• Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment
• Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance practices
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects

Work Environment:
