Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your role is to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues customers may have with our products or services. You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference
  • Provide product recommendations and troubleshooting assistance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy for customer concerns
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
