Job Summary:
We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, organizing files, and assisting with general office duties. You will play an essential role in keeping the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks
- Provide support to office staff as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior administrative experience is a plus
