Responsibilities:

- Resolve product or service issues in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Provide accurate product or service information
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
