We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Full-Time Office Administrator to handle administrative tasks and support the daily operations of the office. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications within the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring resources are stocked
- Prepare and organize office documents and reports
- Assist with filing and record-keeping duties
- Support office staff and management with administrative tasks
- Ensure the office runs smoothly by handling day-to-day operational needs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
