Our company is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to manage front desk operations and assist visitors during weekends. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and working in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments
  • Handle inquiries from visitors and clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Manage appointments and scheduling for weekend services
  • Assist with light administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
  • Ensure all visitors sign in and follow security procedures

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage front desk operations
  • Availability to work weekends and occasional holidays
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail

Work Environment:

  • On-site role in a professional office setting
  • Friendly work environment with regular interaction with clients and visitors
