Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales team by optimizing processes and providing data-driven insights. The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, monitoring key metrics, and assisting in the development of sales strategies to enhance performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of sales operations and tools. Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales productivity, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, processes, and best practices.
  • Work closely with sales leaders to identify areas for process improvement and optimize sales workflows.
  • Manage and maintain CRM data quality and accuracy, ensuring that sales data is up-to-date and reliable.
  • Prepare and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards to track progress against goals.
  • Support the sales team with ad-hoc analysis and troubleshooting, providing data insights as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance) to align sales operations with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
