We are seeking a skilled Cable Installation Technician to install and maintain cable systems for internet, television, and phone services. You will work in homes and businesses, ensuring reliable connections and clear communication.

Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and repair cable systems for TV, internet, and phone services
• Run wiring through walls, ceilings, and floors to connect service points
• Set up modems, routers, and cable boxes for customers
• Troubleshoot connection issues and provide timely repairs
• Perform signal tests to ensure strong and reliable connections
• Educate customers on how to use their equipment and troubleshoot minor issues
• Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and services provided

Requirements:

• Experience in cable installation or telecommunications is preferred
• Strong knowledge of cable systems and internet/phone networks
• Ability to use tools and equipment such as cable meters and signal testers
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in customer homes and businesses
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

Work Environment:

• Work in a variety of residential and commercial settings
• Physically demanding, including working outdoors, at heights, or in tight spaces
• Regular interaction with customers, requiring excellent communication skills
