We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance across various systems and equipment. You will ensure that facilities operate smoothly by identifying and addressing potential issues before they become critical.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or issues
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, lighting, and basic electrical systems
• Perform general facility upkeep, including painting, carpentry, and minor construction
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure all maintenance needs are addressed
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Experience with power tools, hand tools, and general maintenance equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy objects and working at heights
• Previous maintenance experience in commercial or residential settings preferred
• Relevant certifications (OSHA, HVAC, etc.) are a plus

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor work, depending on the nature of the maintenance tasks
• Physically demanding, with tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Regular interaction with team members and other departments
