We are hiring an Occupational Therapist to assist patients in recovering and improving their ability to perform daily tasks. You will work with individuals who have physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities to help them regain independence and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans
• Help patients improve their ability to perform everyday activities, such as dressing, cooking, and working
• Develop exercises and routines to improve motor skills and cognitive function
• Use adaptive equipment and assistive devices to aid patients in achieving their goals
• Provide guidance on how to modify environments to accommodate patient needs
• Maintain detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, family members, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and adaptive equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate approach to helping patients achieve their goals
• Physical stamina to work with patients in varied conditions

Work Environment:

• Work in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or private practice
• Physically moderate tasks involving assisting patients with daily living skills
• Regular interaction with patients, families, and healthcare providers
