We are seeking an experienced Live-In Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy household. You will be responsible for managing household staff, maintaining organization, and ensuring that all family needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the household, including scheduling and logistics
- Manage and supervise household staff, including housekeepers, nannies, and gardeners
- Coordinate household events, activities, and appointments for family members
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and manage budgets
- Ensure the home is clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Act as a point of contact for service providers and contractors
- Address any issues that arise promptly and effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in household management or similar roles
- Ability to live in the household full-time, with accommodation provided
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Work Environment:
- Live in the employer’s home, overseeing all household functions
- Physically moderate tasks related to household management and organization
- Regular interaction with family members, staff, and service providers
