Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing sales in the field. This role is essential to our customer acquisition strategy, as you will be responsible for meeting potential clients face-to-face and driving business growth. Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales visits to existing and potential customers within your assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet client needs and drive revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking activities.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Track sales activities, customer interactions, and market data in CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless handover of accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative, Outside Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for travel).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Work Environment

  • Primarily field-based role requiring travel within assigned territory.
  • May include evening or weekend work to accommodate client schedules and achieve sales targets.
  • Fast-paced, goal-driven environment with opportunities for professional development and advancement.
