Responsibilities:

– Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

– Conduct market analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations.

– Facilitate open houses and other property showings.

– Negotiate property sales and purchases, ensuring client satisfaction.

– Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.

– Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

– A valid real estate agent/broker license.

– Proficiency in using real estate CRM and MLS software.
