Responsibilities:

– Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

– Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

– Educate patients and their families on strategies to cope with communication and swallowing difficulties.

– Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment.

Qualifications:

– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

– Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.

– Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
