We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Statistician to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to help guide decision-making within our organization. The ideal candidate will be skilled in statistical methodologies, data analysis techniques, and reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of statistical software and an ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and relationships
• Design surveys, experiments, or observational studies to gather necessary data
• Develop and implement statistical models and forecasts to support decision-making and business strategies
• Interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders
• Present findings in clear and concise reports, visualizations, and presentations
• Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and provide statistical support
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing quality control processes
• Use statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python) to analyze data and generate reports
• Stay up-to-date with developments in statistical theory, methods, and technology
• Advise on the best practices for data collection, storage, and analysis across the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in statistical analysis, data management, or a related role
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python)
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and variance analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in creating data visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
