We are seeking a visionary and analytical Strategic Planner to join our team and contribute to the development of long-term strategies that drive organizational success. The Strategic Planner will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create actionable plans that align with the company’s goals. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with leadership to define the organization’s strategic objectives and long-term vision
  • Develop and maintain strategic plans that outline actionable initiatives, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, providing recommendations for adjustments and improvements
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops, encouraging input and collaboration from various stakeholders
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, strategies, and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors
  • Assist in the development of performance metrics to track progress toward strategic goals
  • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to ensure that the organization remains competitive
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to foster collaboration and support strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of business cases for new projects and initiatives, assessing potential risks and returns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strategic planning software tools
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
