We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Strategist to join our team and lead the integration of artificial intelligence into our business strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to leverage AI technologies, driving innovation, and developing a comprehensive roadmap for AI initiatives that align with our organizational goals. This role requires a strong understanding of AI applications, market trends, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for AI within the organization, identifying key opportunities to enhance operations, products, and services
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand emerging AI technologies and their potential impact on the industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business leaders, to align AI initiatives with business objectives
• Create and maintain an AI roadmap that outlines project timelines, resource allocation, and performance metrics
• Provide thought leadership on AI trends, tools, and best practices to drive organizational knowledge and capability
• Assess the current state of AI within the organization and recommend areas for improvement and investment
• Develop training programs and resources to increase AI literacy and capabilities across the organization
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI initiatives, using data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
• Communicate AI strategies and progress to executive leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategy development, consulting, or project management, preferably with a focus on AI or technology
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, applications, and market trends
• Proven experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
