We are seeking an experienced AI Operations Manager to oversee the implementation and operational management of our artificial intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that AI systems are running efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, operational acumen, and leadership skills to drive AI projects from conception to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of AI systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to deliver AI solutions that meet business needs
• Develop and implement operational processes and best practices for AI project management, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
• Monitor AI performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead the planning and execution of AI initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on AI project statuses
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in AI technologies to drive innovation and improve operational processes
• Train and mentor team members on AI tools, technologies, and operational procedures
• Develop and maintain documentation related to AI operations, including standard operating procedures and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related field, with a focus on AI or technology
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics principles
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
