We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Professional Services Engineer to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with senior engineers to assist in implementing and supporting our products and solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware solutions for clients
- Collaborate with senior engineers to gather requirements and develop project plans to meet client needs
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for clients during implementation and after go-live
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and support continuity
- Participate in client meetings to understand business requirements and communicate technical information effectively
- Assist in the testing and validation of new solutions and features before deployment to clients
- Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and best practices to enhance technical knowledge and skills
- Contribute to the creation of user manuals, training materials, and documentation for clients and internal teams
- Support the team in identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in project execution
- Engage in continuous learning and development through training programs and certifications relevant to the role
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, or a related role; internships or relevant coursework will be considered
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and software development principles
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
