Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior People Operations Manager to lead our human resources initiatives and drive employee engagement within our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute people operations strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee satisfaction and retention
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and training programs, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce planning needs and develop talent pipelines to meet organizational demands
  • Implement performance management systems and career development initiatives to foster employee growth and development
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results to develop actionable strategies for improving workplace culture and morale
  • Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers to resolve conflicts and enhance communication
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, conducting regular audits and implementing necessary changes to mitigate risks
  • Develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational values
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more equitable workplace for all employees
  • Stay current with HR trends, technologies, and regulations, making recommendations for improvements and innovations in people operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources or people operations, with a focus on strategic management and employee engagement
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Proven experience in managing HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems, as well as MS Office Suite
