Job Description

The Staffing Agency Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and permanent positions within various client organizations. This role involves building strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs, as well as effectively managing the recruitment process to ensure the timely placement of candidates. The Staffing Agency Recruiter will work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple client requests and candidate searches while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet their needs
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations
  • Present qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed assessments and recommendations
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to final placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and client databases
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for candidates as required by clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and staffing
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall recruitment strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience as a recruiter, preferably within a staffing agency or similar environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client requests and candidate pipelines
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to staffing and recruitment
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for helping individuals find their ideal job placements
