Responsibilities

- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective communication.
- Address and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients and senior management, highlighting key metrics and successes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve account management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in account management or client services, with a focus on relationship building and client success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
