Job Description

The Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, fostering strong relationships with key clients, and collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with the company’s goals. The Sales Director will also analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles and strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
