Job Description

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for selling products and services directly to customers outside of the office. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face interactions. The Field Sales Representative plays a key role in promoting the company’s offerings and expanding market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new customers through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand network.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in outside sales or field sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily field-based with regular travel to client locations.
  • Flexible work schedule with the ability to work remotely as needed.
