We are seeking a responsible and caring Babysitter to provide safe and nurturing care for children in a home environment. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with kids and are looking for flexible, part-time hours.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with children in a safe and fun manner
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children
• Assist with homework and educational activities
• Plan and lead age-appropriate games and activities
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in the home
• Communicate with parents about children’s activities and any issues that arise
• Follow parents‘ instructions regarding routines, discipline, and care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in childcare is preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle emergencies calmly
• Must be responsible, trustworthy, and have a positive attitude

Work Environment:

• Home setting with children of various ages
• May require evening and weekend availability depending on family needs
