We are excited to announce that we are looking for a creative, strategic, and proactive Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team! As a Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of our brand across various social platforms, engaging with our community, and driving our social media presence forward.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
– Create and schedule regular, compelling content across platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
– Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform strategy and report on performance.
– Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
– Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
– Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
– Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
– Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
– Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
– Good understanding of social media KPIs.
– Familiarity with web design and publishing.
– Excellent multitasking skills.
– Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
– Team player.
– Good time
-management skills.
– Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
