Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, updating CRM records with relevant information.
  • Set up meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients, providing information on products and services and addressing any questions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and social media outreach.
