We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Supervisor to oversee client accounts and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The Account Supervisor will lead a team of account managers, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in developing and implementing account strategies. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of account managers to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

  • Act as a point of escalation for client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Monitor account performance, providing regular reports to clients and senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support client goals.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for account team members.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to anticipate client needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Supervisor, Senior Account Manager, or similar role in [industry or sector].
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and develop actionable solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
