Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and personable Client Relations Manager to strengthen and maintain relationships with our valued clients. The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for understanding client needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to proactively address client concerns. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for client communications.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and feedback, and communicate these to internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the client experience.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to support client goals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to discuss performance, gather feedback, and ensure that clients are achieving desired outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on client satisfaction, project progress, and other key metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments that may impact clients, providing insights and recommendations as needed.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive initial experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to foster client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management principles and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
