Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and improving our Salesforce environment to ensure it meets the organization’s needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with different teams to support business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Customize and optimize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and process builder to meet business requirements.
  • Perform regular data management tasks, including data imports, data cleansing, and deduplication.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to understand their requirements and implement solutions in Salesforce.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize user experience.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with data governance policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements accordingly.
  • Work with third-party vendors and developers as needed to integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management, and security protocols.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce customization tools, including process builder, workflow rules, validation rules, and data loader.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support users at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party apps is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
