Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager of Sales Enablement to lead our sales enablement initiatives. The Manager of Sales Enablement will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively engage customers and drive revenue. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and create tailored training programs for the sales team.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, product training materials, and other resources to support the sales process.
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales team members to ensure a smooth transition and quick ramp-up.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify gaps in knowledge or skills and adjust enablement initiatives accordingly.
  • Facilitate ongoing training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance the sales team’s product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and promotional strategies.
  • Develop and manage a centralized repository of sales resources and tools for easy access by the sales team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., LMS, CRM software).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for coaching and developing sales talent.
