Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to join our sales team. The Mid-Market Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within mid-sized organizations. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of the sales process. Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within mid-market accounts through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product) to create tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within mid-market or B2B environments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
