The Warehouse Worker is essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse facility. This position involves various tasks such as receiving, processing, and storing inventory, as well as preparing items for shipment. We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, inspecting for accuracy and damages
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse areas, ensuring proper inventory management
• Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling, documentation, and loading onto delivery vehicles
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety protocols and warehouse procedures
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed (training provided)
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment
• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and maintain high service levels
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or warehouse manager

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse equipment is beneficial
