Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Animator to join our production team. The Animator will be responsible for creating high-quality animations for various projects, including films, television shows, video games, and commercials. This role requires a strong understanding of animation techniques, storytelling, and character development. Responsibilities

• Create character and object animations using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Maya, Blender).
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand the project vision and animation requirements.
• Develop storyboards and animatics to visualize the animation process and ensure alignment with the project’s goals.
• Design and model characters, environments, and assets for animation, paying attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Implement feedback from the production team to refine and enhance animations, ensuring high-quality results.
• Work on both 2D and 3D animation projects, adapting techniques as needed to meet project specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Animator or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of animation styles.
• Proficiency in animation software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, Blender, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, movement, and character design.
• Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to convey emotions and messages through animation.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to accept and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
