Netflix, the world leader in streaming, is looking for a passionate and detailed Editorial Analyst (Tagger) to join our dynamic team. As a Tagger, you will have the unique responsibility of viewing and analyzing our original and licensed content, assigning accurate metadata to enhance our users‘ experience.

Responsibilities:
– View and evaluate a wide range of film genres and TV series.
– Assign relevant tags for each title based on plot, genre, character characteristics and other relevant elements.
– Work closely with programming and marketing teams to ensure accurate classification and content recommendation.
– Participate in special projects to improve Netflix’s recommendation algorithms.

Qualifications:
– A passion for film and television and an in-depth knowledge of various genres.
– Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
– Excellent communication and analytical skills.
– Experience in a similar role or in the entertainment industry is a plus.
