Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other problems.
Maintain records of tasks performed and materials used.
Ensure all repairs are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements:

Previous experience in maintenance work or as a handyman.
Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other maintenance areas.
Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license (preferred).
