We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Receptionist at our esteemed company. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dedicated individual to join our team and provide the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
– Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and managing correspondence.
– Answer phones in a professional manner, and route calls as necessary.
– Assist in the preparation of meeting spaces and conference rooms.
– Maintain a tidy and orderly reception area.
Qualifications:
– Excellent verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
– Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred.
