Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will lead the company’s HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will play a key role in developing HR policies that align with business goals and support a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
  • Develop and manage employee performance evaluation programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle employee relations issues and mediate disputes when necessary
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee training programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in an HR management role
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
